2024/08 — The chef hats manifest the seriousness of this sushi class that Mayra and I attended. We used nori, which are sheets of seaweed, to wrap together the sticky rice, ginger, avocado and seafood. After a dip in sauces and wasabi, these tasty creations met their Maker.
