next 2024/08 — The chef hats manifest the seriousness of this sushi class that Mayra and I attended. We used nori, which are sheets of seaweed, to wrap together the sticky rice, ginger, avocado and seafood. After a dip in sauces and wasabi, these tasty creations met their Maker.

next 2024/06 — There is only one Cordon Bleu school in Canada and it is in Ottawa. The U.S. don’t have any at all! It was a thrill to eat all these dishes prepared by the most outstanding chefs. To my surprise, it was all you can eat!
